About GANO
Feasibility that a bank could underwrite.
Before a developer commits to land, three questions decide the deal: what the plot is worth, what it will cost to build, and what it will sell or let for. Answering them well takes a cost consultant, a valuer, and days of spreadsheets. GANO does it in minutes, and shows its work.
The core is a deterministic engine. Every number, the cost roll up, the residual land value, the return, the scenarios, is computed by tested code, never by a language model. The model reasons and explains; the calculator computes. That separation is what makes the output defensible.
Depth is earned by the depth of the input. A location returns an indicative band. A specific plot with a permit returns a firm figure. A defined scheme returns a materials level cost and comparable driven value. GANO always states what it is confident about, what it is estimating, and which input would tighten the next number.
